VeriClock is an online solution with web, mobile, tablet, and telephone IVR support. Administrators setup staff users who then can easily manage all the features from their smartphone, SMS, telephone IVRs, or custom integrations. VeriClock provides sophisticated and robust tracking of all time tracked and employee interactions which can then be used when integrating payroll.
VeriClock has GPS functionality that allows you to specify where (on a map) employees should be when clocking in and out. You can also specify a radius around on or more authorized locations.

No. The VeriClock application is web based and we update it frequently with new features without the requirement for you to install or manage updates. The VeriClock mobile application is also updated regularly.
For many of our customers, VeriClock does not charge setup fees. However some of our customers have unique requirements where we are able to customize parts of the system and handle customized integrations. In these cases, setup fees may apply.
No. VeriClock works with a standard web browser on PC or Mac, iOS and Android smart phones.

No. VeriClock is not a payroll provider. However we integrate with several payroll providers, accounting systems, and product out-of-box reporting used to calculate payroll.
Great question. Many of our customers use VeriClock for Employee Scheduling, Location Management, PTO (personal time off) tracking, and improving billing accuracy.
Customers of VeriClock will have their data maintained for as long as needed by their compliance requirements.
Credit Cards are not required to start a free trial but will be required once you move to a paid account. For large customers, we offer invoicing options.
No. VeriClock has no minimum term and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
